Overall, there are 7 steps involved, starting with the running of water on 4 kg fruit until it’s consumption on a family breakfast table.
Initially, after running water on a 4 kg fruit, it is mashed on a pot with a manual masher. Having been mashed, these fruits are boiled in a pot at a high temperature for 10 minutes. Then 2 tbsp of peanuts, 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water are added. Once all additions are added, it is mixed with ladle.
In the subsequent step, after boling 10 minutes, additional 2 cups of sugar and 4 cups of water are added and boiled one more time for half an hour. Then it is poured in different containers and all containers with lid are closed and kept for one hour. In the final step, it is served to the family breakfast table, and ate with the bread.
