The diagram shows the proposal to transform foster road between SE 84th and 85th Avenue into tree-lined avenue which is safer for pedestrians and cyclist.

First of all the planner propose to widen the sideways on the both sides of the road and bicycle lane which may help to reduce accidents. This will be mean for reducing lanes for cars and other vehicles. A pedestrian crosswalk will also be installed at the end of the street near the gas station. This crossing will make a border line where people can wait easily.

In addition to the safety measures above, planner includes trees on the both sides of road which will provide the shade for the pedestrians and make the environment pleasent as neighbourhood.

To summarise, under these proposal the need of local residents will be improved they will get safety to cross the road and another lane for cyclist and the better environemt for them.
