The picture demonstrates the design inside a building, showing the allocation of two different fire escapes.
Generally, there are two fire exits, namely A and B, situated in two different directions. These fire exits connect to a corridor, enabling the residents to reach escape doors.
In the event of a fire, occupants in bedroom 1,2 and 3 should get out of their rooms and enter the corridor. After that, they should find the stair which is opposite bedroom 1 and next to bedroom 2. People can head to fire exit A, situated in the bottom left corner.
On the other hand, in case of fire, standing in the lift and staying in four bedrooms ( 4,5,6 and 7 ) isn’t safe so people have to run down by using the stair. This stairway is positioned between lift and bedroom 5. Then residents provide access to the fire exit B, located in the top right corner.
