The supplied diagram illustrates the process for university entry for high school graduates. Overall, the procedure consists of several stages and has two possible outcomes, starting with finishing high school and ending either with successful enrollment at a university or with getting rejected.
Initially, students who have finished high school are required to complete an application form, which must be downloaded from a website. At the next stage, students send the completed form to administration, where it is reviewed over a period of two weeks. After that, if pupils’ form is missing some of the documents, a provisional acceptance is sent where pupils must compile their form and send it again. However, if the documents are in proper condition and student’s results follow the required instructions for entering a university, starts the stage of acceptance completes and an enrollment process.
The enrollment process includes requirements from a learner, such as selecting subjects, registering with dean and at the end successfully entering a university. If a learner receives a rejection from application, there are two options, either to cancel application or to complete application but this time for alternative course. Then send it to admin again where the same stages are repeated.
