This picture illustrates that process by which bricks are produced for the construction of buildings.
Overall, there are seven stages in the process, starting with digging the clay and ending with delivering for the building.
Firstly, the digger digs the enough clay and sent to the roller. The roller consists of a metal grid so clay is separated from other minerals. The water is added to the clay before it is transferred to the next process and an average liquid mass is formed then mixture is cut by wire cutter or made with mould. After the bricks are made, they are sent to the drying oven. The product is dried around 24 or 48 hours.
This phase is followed by putting to the kiln, and they are heated on medium between 200 and 980 °C and then switched to high temperature 870-1300 °C. The heated bricks are taken away to the coolling chamber to 48-72 hours. The final product is packed and delivered to building industries.
