The picture depicts the process of producing smoked fish. Overall, the process includes 14 stages, from catching the fish to selling it in the fish shop. The fish should experience a list of complex procedures to be appropriate for sale.
The first stage is gathering the main product itself by using a fishing net or any other special equipment. Afterwards, it is loaded on the boat and then transported to the port by water. The further steps took place on the land. Once the fresh fish is unloaded, it is frozen and then thrown. Subsequently, the fish is placed under fresh water so that it can be cut open later. To get rid of excessive parts, fish is poured with salt water, which turns yellow when the procedure is done. Finally, the fish is taken out of the container with yellow liquid and is ready to be smoked. Already made smoked products are packed in the boxes and frozen for long storage. Furthermore, the frozen product is placed in a cold store to avoid rotting of seafood.
The final stage includes distributing the product to the store, particularly, fish shops, where the smoked fish can be purchased and consumed.
