The maps elucidate an arrangement of an office at the present and the planned future development. From an overall perspective, there are major changes as most of the area will be converted into different functions and are going to be used maximally.
An entrance, as well as a reception area, which are located to the right of a horizontal row of four small offices, are planned to be moved more to the left, specifically replacing the second office room after the reception. The two most left offices are to be merged and the office directly next to the current reception and entrance will be expanded, resulting in two double-sized office rooms separated by an entrance and reception. Moving on to the left-hand side of the building, an outdoor seating area are going to be developed to make use of the grass area, creating a relaxing zone in the building.
At the rear of the office building, next to the planned outdoor area, kitchen and canteen are going to be replaced by office rooms. Furthermore, a wider grass area located at the right part of the office building will be turned into an indoor area. This indoor area will include WCs which are attached to the front of a stock room next to the canteen at the present, a coffee machine placed between the stock room and WCs, and a meeting area next to the planned office room.
In conclusion, this plan focused on expanding and widening office rooms at the center of the building and setting leisure areas to the side.
