Over the period of 15 years, the area witnessed dramatic changes. The number of houses in the west corner was increased. Also, a school was built to the north. Moreover, it can be seen that the forest park and farmland were chopped down and replaced by a golf, a swimming pool and tennis courts.

From 2000 to 2015, the region saw spectacular developments. An inspection of the map illustrates that the hotel in the initial year was expanded into a bigger structure in the fifteen year period. Also, a cark park was introduced right next to the hotel. In addition, the fishing harbor in the southeast corner was replaced by a beach, where a cafe and restaurant were also introduced. Moreover, the fish market in the southwest corner was demolished and developed into holiday apartments.
