Overall, the areas have undergone a significant urbanization and industrial development during 200 years, with agricultural land gradually giving way to residential and industrial expansion. The most notable change was a dramatic growth of Brindell and an emergence of industrial facilities.
In 1800, there was farmland for crops on the upper left and woodland at the northeast, which was separated from Brindell lower left corner and farmland for animals lower right, by river Stour in the central of the map. However, while the next one hundred years witnessed a stable in all areas, instead of farmland for animals making way for industry and Bun Hill, whose village for workers.
In 2000, farmland for crops and Brindell was continued to remain unchanged, whereas Bun Hill Park is constructed surround woodland. Moreover, area for industry was expanded and grown significantly and Bun Hill was existed.
