The three diagrams below show different methods that how these three companies recruit new employees.
It is clear that the Company A has the least steps of hiring new workers, which only include four processes. And Company B and Company C both have five steps to recruit new employees.
The first step of Company A and B are similarly, but A is advertising within company and B is advertising in press. By contrast, Company C held an external recruitment at first. The Company B will consider their applicants at the second step, and Company C will classify their applicants to two categories by how they were recruited.
Three of them will all send the shortlist to employer, which is the second step of Company A and on the third step of Company B and C. Then all applicants need to interview with the interviewers, and some of them who want to join Company B need to participate the test. Finally, if applicants pass the interview or test, they will receive job offer and will become new employees of the company they choose.
