In 2010, the residence featured three student bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The main entrance led into a hallway, which provided access to all the rooms. There were gardens located both to the north and south of the building. The living room was positioned in the northwest corner, while the kitchen was in the southeast. One student bedroom was situated near the entrance, with the others located in the northeast and southeast corners.
Today, the layout has been modified considerably. The living room has been converted into an additional student bedroom, and another bedroom has been added adjacent to the entrance on the west side, increasing the total number of bedrooms from three to five. Furthermore, the kitchen now serves as a combined kitchen and social area. Notably, the southeast bedroom has been upgraded to include an en-suite bathroom. While the northern garden remains, the southern one has been replaced by a car park, offering greater convenience for students with vehicles.
