The illustration presents how the bee makes honey and the stages in the production of honey.
Overall, from gathering nectar to selling honey, there are 5 steps in the bee phase and about 8 steps in the human phase.
As can be seen from the bee phase, bees gather nectar from the flower. Then, the nectar is brought to the hive to deposit honey. This honey is put into the honeycombs for drying. After that,by fan wings of other bees, cells are kept clean in the honeycombs. Finally, these cells are sealed with wax before being collected by humans.
Moving to the human phase, a person in protective gear gathers honey combs from the hive and press these combs by hand for honey. Then, honey is poured from the bucket to the sump tank to be heated to 45-50°C. After that, honey moves to the sieve tank to remove dirt and contaminants. Cleaned honey flows to the settling tank and stays in that for 2-4 days before being put into jars. Finally, these honey jars are delivered by car to vendors for sale.
