The illustration depicts the process of producing commercial honey.
Honey production consists of several stages, beginning with gathering nectar and ending with selling honey. The process is divided into two groups: bee phase and human intervention.
In the initial stage, bees collect nectar from flowers, which is then carried back to the hive. Subsequently, the gathered nectar is deposited in wax cells as honey. In the next step, bees fan their wings in order to dry the honey. This is followed by keeping the cells clean.
The next steps involve human intervention. The cells are sealed with wax before honeycombs are gathered. In the next stage, the combs are pressed to release the honey. The honey is then poured into a sump tank where it is heated at 45-60 degrees Celsius. After this, the honey is transferred into a sieve tank in order to remove dirt, and it settles in the tank for 2-4 days. The honey is then placed into jars. At the end of the process, the honey is dispatched to places where it is sold.
