The diagram illustrates the production of honey in a small-scale commercial industry.
Overall, it can be seen that there are two main sections: bee phase and human phase, in the process. In addition, it begins with the gathering nectar step and ending at the selling honey stage.
To begin, bees accumulate the nectar from flowers and deposits it as honey. After that, it is dried with their fan wings. Next, they keep clean cells and seal them by using wax.
Turning to the remaining figures, we can see the human portion of the process. Firstly, the honey combs are needed to collect and a human will press them in a machine to obtain the primary honey. Following this, the resulting honey is poured into a sump tank for heating with the temperature between 45 and 50 C. From the sump tank, the honey flows to the sieve tank. In this stage, some dirt such as fumes of wings is eliminated to get a clean honey. The next step is putting honey into the setting tank for 48 to 96 hours. Finally, the honey is poured into jars for packing and distributed to the customers.
