The illustrations detail the production process of honey.
Overall, there are three main stages in this natural and man-made process, starting with the initial collection and drying by bees, followed by the human-led accumulation and processing, and finally, the delivery for retail.
The whole process begins with bees gathering nectar from flowers and depositing it into honeycombs. The nectar is dried as the bees fan their wings, and the cells are kept clean and sealed with wax. In the next stage, the honeycombs are collected and pressed by humans to extract the raw honey.
The extracted honey is heated to approximately 45-50°C in a sump tank until it becomes more liquid. To remove impurities, the heated honey is transferred to a sieve tank for filtration.Once purified the honey is then left in a settling tank for two to four days to cool down and further refine. Finally, the ready honey is poured into labeled jars for packaging and delivered to consumers.
