The diagram illustrates how honey is made in small-scale bussines production. The information is categorized into ten various processes. Overall, the production is separated into two different phases: Bee Phase and Human Phase.
To begin with, the Bee Phase starts with nectar that is collected and deposited as honey by bees. Then, the honey will be dried by bees’ fan wings. The bees also keep cells clean by doing this, and as a result honey cell naturally sealed by bees’ wax.
Furthermore, the honey production continue with the Human Phase. In this phase, human starts to gathering honey combs and pressing them to produce honey. Later, the honey liquid is poured into sump tank and will be heated at 45-50’C. Then, the honey is filtered through sieve tank to remove dirts and will be left to settle in settling tank for 2-4 days. After that, the honey is poured into glass jars, and finally will transport for sale.
