This process digram illustrates the manufacturing process of building bricks. Overall, the process is a 7 stages linear process that starts with digging for natural materials and ends with delivering the product.
The first step starts with digging for clay which is the raw material used for bricks, they dig using a specific kind of cranes called diggers. After that clay is layed into metal grids and rollers, after which sand and water are added to the mixture before the mixture is either poured into moulders or cut in to bricks by wire cutters.
The products of this stage is dried in a special oven for 24 to 48 hours and then exposed to 2 types of klins one with moderate temperature and one with high temperature. The last two stages before delivery is the bricks being left in a cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours before they are packed and ready to be delivered.
