The bar chart provides information about junk food consumption, between males and females of 4 different age groups in 2015.
Overall, index of average consumed calories per day in the age group of both men and women from 18 to 34 was the highest, whereas the same statistics were the lowest among individuals, who were over 65.
Starting with looking at the percentage of the most popular group, the number of men was approximately 17%, while the number of women was 16%. With regards to two following groups, percentages of men consumption of junk food, who were 35-49 and 50-64 were nearly 10% and 9% respectively. Regarding to females statistics of eating unhealthy dishes among these two groups was lower, than men and was 9% in average. Another interesting age group is elderly individuals, who were in the age of over 65, the graph illustrated, that despite index being very high in the first age group, the statistics of both females and males were extremely low, just above 4% by men and almost 4% by women respectively.
