The given chart illustrate the energy used in an average Australian household and the Australian household greenhouse gas emissions.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that in Australian household heating is the highest use than water heating and in greenhouse gas emissions water heating is higher than heating.
In terms of energy used proportion heating were the highest used with 42 percentage and water heating is the second higher used with 30% respectively. Other appliances were 15% used and the least three energy cooling, lighting and refrigerator with 2%, 4% and 7% respectively.
The gas emissions resulted from heating and water heating is 15% and 32%. Moreover, Australian greenhouse gas emissions were almost double amount which were 14% for refrigeration and 28% for other appliances. However, the gas emissions of cooling and lighting that collectively made of 11%
