The first bar graph displays the number of airline workers, including pilots, flight attendants, etc., that are required for a flight from Australia to numerous different countries. Another bar graph provides information about the number of customer complaints filed during those flights and the approximate tonnage of each passenger’s bag.
Overall, we can see that flights headed to Germany have the largest crew as well as the least amount of complaints and the heaviest bags per passenger, whereas New Zealand seems to be on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. Generally, there seems to be a direct correlation between the size of the crew and the satisfaction of the flying customers.
The number of employees per flight, highest to lowest, are 15, 11, 8, and 6 in flights to Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia, and New Zealand, respectively; we can witness this same trend in the weight of luggage each passenger carried, from the heaviest being in Germany at around 38 kg to the lowest in New Zealand at a mere 15 kg.
Only one customer complained on the flight to Germany; contrastingly, six complaints were made on the flight from Australia to New Zealand. This flight had the largest number of complaints.
