The infographic representation in the form of bar graphs illustrates what amount of products came from China and what amount of products going to China from Australia in six years of time in the first bar graph. While, the second graph shows five different categories of products , which came from China in 2003 and 2004.
In the first bar graph , both the value of goods which were imported from China and exported from Australia gradually grew with approximately 10 billion in each year. In 1998, 20 billion goods were imported from China while only half of the billion of them were exported to China. These trends remained unchanged from 1998 to 2004 with significant growth of 10 billion value in each year in both the categories. Both categories, imported from China and exported to China were reaching the benchmark of the value of goods in the year 2004 with 40 billion and 30 billion, respectively.
In the second bar graph , there was a noticeable rise in all the categories imported from China in 2003 and 2004, except the value of clothes , which remained unchanged in both the year with just 4 billion. Whereas, the value of toys/sports equipment rose sharply and reached nearly 7 billion in 2004 from just 2 billion in 2003. The value of imported computers and furniture grew considerably with just a difference of 1 billion in the year of 2004 and reaching to 6 billion. While , telecommunication equipment was the largest imported category among all with huge changes in two years , from 3 billion to the benchmark of 8 billion in the year of 2004.
Overall, the first bar graph shows a significant rise of value of goods in all the years in both the categories. Whereas, the fluctuated value of 5 categories of goods that came from China in 2003 and 2004 were shown in the second bar graph.
