According to the chart, the hiring process starts with the resume submission, goes through two-step reading, once by the employer’s assistant and then by the employer, and ends with the outcome of the application.

The initial step is the submission of resume by an applicant. Then, the cv is read by the private assistant of the company, where two possible outcomes are possible, whether the resume gets accepted or rejected by the involved person. If he accepts the application, it goes to the next step, otherwise it is discarded. In the former case, the accepted document once again pass through the reading phase, where the higher authority reads the resume. Afterwards, the same outcomes could be true. If the new person passes the document, the next step followed is the interview of the candidate. After interview, two similar possibilities occur, either the person gets hired or not hired .
