Overall, it is apparent that the diagram is a man-made linear process, starting with the provision of job application to the corporation and culminating with the permanent position.
In the initial stage of the process, after job seekers have to submit their application, they attend a first interview in order for employer to assess their ability. Once this stage is finished, applicants may be categorized in two groups including those meeting and not meeting fundamental qualifications. If people can obtain the required degree of company, they are not employed. Meanwhile, the others take part in aptitude test which they received two outcomes. Applicants who pass this test are employed half year probation, but, those who do not success in passing are rejected.
In the next stage, after the six-month apprenticeship, an evaluation of applicants’ process decides whether they are recommended for a permanent position or not. The process is completed when the job seekers are received the official position in BTS corporation.
