Overall, the manufacturing of the flasks has 3 main parts. During this process the second stage is where most of the work is done. About two different points are required to manage collections before being shipping out.
During stage 1 vehicles are loaded with the materials and shipped to enter the next step. Here the items are cleaned using highly pressurised water and then distributed to different recycling plants depending on their color, which indicates health. Afterwards, they’re taken to the furnace where they are heated into liquid form and then finally moulded into shape to be sent to markets for selling.
There are two primary grouping zones. Those being the collection point during part 1 and further down in the recycling factory. While the other station is where packaging is done after moulding the items into the desired outline.
