The flow digram demonstrate the primary three steps taken to recycle glass jars.
Overall, there are three main stages in this proccess, and the second one has the greatest number of detailed steps. Interestingly, this recycling cycle does not donate the recycled bottles; instead, they are selled in supermarkets.
First of all, bottels are collected in fixed points so that specilized trucks will take them to the factories where the recycling opreation starts. After that, when bottles are in the maunfactors the operation’s initial step is cleaning them with high pressurized water. Then, jars are classified to three categories depending on their color: clear, grean, and brown.
After classifying the bottles, their recreation procedure starts. This begins with entering the recycling plant, then going to the furnace. Lastly, some new fluid glass is added to the reused liquid glass, and then they start stimulating models. At the end, a completely new bottle is created, and these bottles are delievered to supermarkets.
