The flowchart depicts the coconut candy making process. Overall, the process starts with filling a wok with the main ingredient, which is the coconut juice and ends with removing it from the mould.
Coconut juice is first prepared to ne filled in a wok. With the coconut juice to be fully mixed, it should be put in a stove where it is fired. With this step, the coconut juice in the wok should be boiled for an hour and a half. It must be ensured that the juice is stirred continuously as the texture becomes viscous and thickens. As it achieves the desired texture, wok is subjected to be taken off the ignited stove and be put on a used tire.
The boiled syrup is then put into bowls to be moulded. We wait for the syrup to harden and to complete the process, the coconut candy will be finally removed from the mould.
