The flow chart presents the steps university students must follow to complete their requirements for work experiences.
There are six steps involved in fulfilling the requirements for work, starting from the application submission to final report submission. Upon completing all the stages, student will be awarded the credits.
The first step in the process is called “Application” that requires student to choose a suitable workplace and arrange interviews for the field they interested. The next step invovles approval stage, where student must be accepted to workplace. Student also need to submit acceptance letter to professor for approval. After receiving approval, student needs to arrange schedule for work in a minimum of 10 hours per week for more than 20 weeks. At the fourth stage, student has to write a weekly report to submit to the corresponding professor every Friday.
Before completing and earning necessary credits, each participants will attend in evaluation meeting with work supervisor in during the final week of their work experience. After attending meeting, the supervisor will submit evaluation form. The last stage known as “Final Report” requires the individual to submit final report before last week of summer semester. And with that submission of final report, the work experience requirement is considerably fulfilled and they will receive the credits as described in flowchart.
