The bar chart reveals the proportion of housing preferences in the UK in 2009. Notably, it can be observed that while apartments emerged as the predominant category in Liverpool, semi-detached houses secured the greatest percentage in London and Manchester in the survey.
Regarding apartments, it is worth pointing out that Liverpool ranked first, accounting for marginally below 60% and far surpassing others. This was followed by London and Manchester with figures registering at marginally under 30% and below one-fifth, respectively.
