While among people with lower qualifications or no qualifications, most participants are male. Least ordinary workers attend such training. Professionals takes the greatest part in work-related training maybe because of their education.
To elaborate further the most people in Australia are educated. The majority of participants in work-related training are women. Very few uneducated people attend courses for their main job, unlike those with education.
