The following diagram illustrates the process of wine manufacturing in a small quantity wine producing.
Overall, the process of wine production consists of eight consistent stages, beginning with harvesting grapes by labourers and delivering it to the small winery, and terminating with wine production and transporting it to distribution points.
Initially, wine manufacturing starts in vineyards where grown grapes are harvested manually by farmers or partly automatically by machines. Following this, gathered raw grapes are collected and transported to the winery in containers. The next step consists of washing and preparing the fruits before its crushing under a press machine. This step includes the removement of leaves and stems. The next two months the poured crushed grapes with added yeast are fermented in oak barrels and transformed to the resulted product. The final stage represents the bottling and labelling liquid wine which transfers to warehouses before its distribution and realisation.
