The given diagram illustrates how wine is manufactured in a small winery.
Looking from an overall perspective, it can be readily apparent that there are 8 main stages in the process of wine, beginning with the collection of grapes and ending with the delivery to warehouse.
At the first satge of process, workers and machinery are utilized to harvest grapes from vineyards, and then gathering it in a box. After that, they wash grpaes with clean water and remove leaves as well as stems from vines before grapes are crushed by a presser.
At this point, yeast is added into the grape juice so that it is fermented. The juice is poured into barrels which are made from oak and kept in it for 2 months to be completely fermented. When the wine is ready, it is poured into bottles that are labelled. Finally, it is shipped to the storage by truck.
