First, handcraft steps are where workers use machines to harvest the grapes from the gardens. In the harvesting step, workers have to pick the edible fruits and eliminate the error fruits. Next, workers collect it into boxes which they use to bring the grapes to wash and remove leaves and stems. These steps require the patience and meticulousness of the workers to choose the high-quality grapes to sell to the customers.
Second, steps which use machines to complete the productions. The workers pour the fruits into a presser which crush the fruits and then yeast is added. After that, they put the grapes into the oak barrels and let it ferment for at least 2 months. Continuously, the workers decant the fermented grapes with yeast into the bottle or label. Finally, they use vehicles to transport the productions to the warehouse and markets to sell.
