The two given maps display the changes of the museum between 2010 and 2012. As can be seen from the maps, the building changed considerably in terms of the size and position. What was more, there was an addition of a new shop to serve visitors.

To start with, the way to lead the building was a main entrance, which was initially located on the right side, but it was relocated to the centre of the area. At this point, the new gate directed visitors straight to the expanded Permanent exhibition space. This is due to the fact that the Visiting exhibition space, which originally was next to the PES, was moved to the middle of the Staff and Storage area. While the positions of these two spaces remained unchanged, their sizes were narrowed down to free up more room for visitor amenities. Beside that, the overall size of the building was bigger than 2010 itself.

Moreover, the toilet was previously situated in the right side corner of the building next to a vacant room. By 2012, although the toilet was not modified, a new shop was constructed to enhance the museum’s facilities.
