The given three pie charts demonstrate how three specific countries face with waste according to the four different categories in 2000.
Overall, we can see that the highest share for the USA was landfill, whereas this trend was not same for Malaysia and the UK. Disposed had the biggest propotion for both countries. In addition to this, it is obvious that plastic bags were the majority problem for all countries in 2000.
At the glance, it is obvious that Malaysia, the USA, and the UK showed different approach according to the their rates of landfill, recycled, and disposed. The landfill was the biggest share with 50% in the United State, whereas this figure was the least in the United Kingdom (15%). However, disposed made up the largest proportion (45%) for Malaysia and the UK, while this figure was less than half for the USA. In addition to this, Malaysia, the USA, and the UK represented different rates for recycled, 25%, 30%, and 40% respectively.
When we look at the table, it is obvious that all countries had problem about plastic bags, especially for the USA (60 mt). Conversely, three counties were good at dealing with electronic bags. Additionally, it can be seen that there were huge fluctuations in industrial chemicals, the UK had the least number of products with 10. However, this figure was doubled in Malaysia and fifted in the USA.
