The tables demonstrate the information about the students satisfied with their courses divided by the age groups.
Overall, it can be seen that more students were satisfied with their certificate,rather than with a diploma. In addition, the highest satisfaction with certificates was recorded among the 15 to 25 years old students, while diploma received the highest satisfaction among the students aged 25 to 35.
The students from 15 to 25 demonstrated the highest percentage of satisfaction with their certificates and diplomas, especially for obtaining certificates, demonstrating 79% and 17%, respectively. In contrast, students aged 25 to 35 preferred more diplomas(62%), while certificates fulfilled only 18% . Certificates were less favourable among people aged 35 to 45 and the same trend can be observed among the individuals aged 45 and over, both showed 1%.
The same vein can be seen among the total number of students. 73% of individuals expressed their happiness about having a certificate, while only 5% with a diploma. However, the opposite trend can be seen in terms of diploma. Very unhappy about having the diploma were 41%, while their negative feeling about receiving a certificate was 1%.
