From an overall perspective, it is apparent that sales undergo fluctuation enormously according to season. Hot coffee is by far the most preferred food item in winter, whilst iced coffee is favoured in summer. By contrast, demand for iced coffee is the lowest in winter, whereas that for soup and salad is lowest in summer. It is also worth noting that it is salad which shows a similar pattern in both seasons.
Looking first at the winter season, hot coffee dominates the sales, at around 75 servings, showing the highest figures among other food items. This is closely followed by soup sales which is amount to 50. Ice cream and salad rank third, indicating identical number of savings, at 25 each. Conversely, Iced coffee demonstares the lowest figure, at roughly 2 servings,
Turning to the summer season, ice cream, hot and iced coffee show similar figures in number of savings, ranging from 30 to 40. Likewise, soup and salad have identical amounts, at 25 each.
