Overall, the percentage of education and road rail has a decreas over the given time, except for health has a rise thoughout the years.

Fisrt of all, the percentage of road and railways, education was the same number at 4,00% at the beginning, In 2005 health increasd about 5,8% surpassing road and railway climb to 4,6%, the propotion of health expericenced a rise significantly about over 7,6% at the end of period.meanwhile road and railways sharply fluctuated in which 2010 and 2025 were 3,00% and 3,8% respectively.

By contrast education was the highest percentage in the listed areas in 2000 . it has a significantly decrease throughout the years, which dropped 4.6% in 2005 and ranked 2nd in 3 contribution in GDP in 2005
