During the period between 2000s and 2005s, health dramatically rose to approximately 5,5%, whereas education fall down marginal to below 4,5%. After that, health increased moderately to more than 7% meanwhile education slumped significantly to less than 4%.
In constrast, beggining with 4% in 2020, roads and railways rocketed slightly and reached a peak at about 4,5% in 2005, before substantially crashing to 3% in 2010. Although there was a minimal recovery from 2010 to 2020, increasing to approximately 4%, the figure desiribes how roads and railways declined to around 3,5%.
