The two maps illustrate the main facilities and districts in the Porth Harbour in 2000 and in the present.

Overall, the major zoning has not been changed from 2000. The most significant developments have taken place on the western and southern sides of the harbour, where new buildings have been constructed, while the eastern side has maintained relatively stable, just added a more dock for ship to stop and cafes and shops in the southern area.

On the western side of Porth Harbour, several changes can be observed. The Marina, where the private yachts stopped, has been changed to fishing boats, beside the showers and toilets and a car park. Nevertheless, the original region, where served for dishing boats and bigger than the yachts area, was transformed to marina for private yachts, with new showers and toilets constructed next to it.

By comparison, the eastern district and the southern part changed much less than the western region. A new dock has been constructed. Furthermore, several cafes and shops was set beside lifeboat, as well as the public beach became a private beach for hotel.
