The two maps compare the transformations of a city from 1950 to now.
Overall, the city underwent significant changes. The business district was extended from west to east, as well as the residential area was expanded, forming a circle shape in the centre of the map. Additionally, some novel facilities were added into the city such as more major road, dams.
In 1950, the city had a large circle of business districts in the middle of the map that was oriented by different major roads from four cardinal directions. Furthermore, there was a small residential area onto the business area and river which stretched from west to east. Moreover, a bridge came across the river, next to it is a government building and an airport located on the west of the map.
Currently, while the business district is slightly expanded, the residential sector is significantly enlarged, becoming the largest area in the city. In addition, the river creates a big lake that passes through the residential area with a new bridge, a dam and more major roads being constructed. The airport is extended to the south. A new government building is situated in the south of the map.
