The maps illustrate a territory of Fosbury from 1980 to 2015 and its noticably changed version. Overall, there were a significant amount of development in almost the whole area from roads to buildings.
In 1980,the town had a straight road which divided all buildings into two, but by 2015 that feature had been switched to roundabout with additional lanes. In the east of the town, the terraced houses present in 1980 were replaced with a car park and widened supermarket by 2015. Block of flats and grocery shop totally disappeared, while the hotel nearby remained the same. At the bottom-right corner of the map that had a large grassland transformed into another industrial area, including multiple warehouses built near the main road.
Another major change was the whereabouts of tennis courts which was in the bottom of the left corner of the map. Sports centre and car park were built in the place of these tennis fields. Nevertheless, the park with a massive layout which dominated in 1980 was relocated to the empty square and the line of houses took the place of the park by 2015. The houses in the north-west maintained their positions on the map.
