Secondly, the count experienced downward in the USA, although it increased in the UK. Thirdly, the class of poorest citizens in America and England improved from the starting point, but then it declined in the US. In the USA, the beginning number is 4, continued to develop above 5 and dropped to under 5. Moreover, in the class of middle-income of both, it tended to decrease in the US, but increased in the UK.
On the other hand, in a richest class of communities the numbers are nearly similar, then they decreased in both countries
