Overall, from beginning to end all three countries rose gradually, however Canada shows the highest percentage of population , whereas Mexico the lowest proportion around internet users.
As it is presented in the graph, from 1999 to 2001 the USA climbed sharply and was more popular than other two countries, but after 2001 Canada growth wildly and became to the most popular around three countries, then in 2005 USA and Canada levelled off together, whereas the Mexico was least popular.
