From the given graph it is cear to us that there was a few users of internet in the three countries in 1999. But we can see a difference between the percentage of users, It is clear that the users of internet in USA was more than the users of Canada and Mexico. Though the users of USA was more than the two other countries, Canada had more user than Mexico in contrast.

As years passed, the users of internet increased gradually in all the countries though the increasing rate of internet users were less than USA and Canada, So the percentage of the internet users always stayed less of Mexico than the two other countries.

By the year 2009, the internet user of USA and Canada were almost same and the Canada got a little more user than USA. While the users of internet on the Mexico increased but not so drastically like the USA and Canada.

After all, we can see a gradual growth of the internet users on all the countries. But in actual the increasing rate of Mexico was way less than the two other countries. However, USA started being the first and Canada being the second and at the last Canada got the max and usa become second and the Mexico remained last as it was from the first.
