In the initial year, strawberry jam was the most popular type, with sales reaching 3.5 million jars. This was followed by raspberry, plum and cherry jam, at 2.8, 2.5 and 1.8 million jars respectively. In the last place stood grape jam, at just 1 million jars sold.
Over the following years, the sales of strawberry and raspberry jam showed a generally upward trend with some fluctuations, ending at just under 6.5 and 5.1 million jars sold in 2014, respectively. Similarly, the sales of grape jam increased significantly, nearly quadrupling to peak at around 4.2 million jars in 2014. In contrast, cherry jam experienced a slight rise to about 1.9 million jars in 2010 before fluctuating considerably around 2.4 million jars until 2014. Meanwhile, the sales volume of plum jam showed a gradual decline, falling to nearly zero by 2014.
