It is clear that reading is the most common activity that kids would like to do before sleeping,but having some food is the least popular bed routine. Importantly, as young kids grow up, the number of children in brushing teeth part goes up and it is the only trend in this graph.

For little toddlers, reading(65%)and having a bath (40%) rank the top and second among these activities. In contrast, less than 20% of them prefer eating or watching TV before sleeping. In terms of younger kids (4-5 years), the figure of reading, brushing teeth, having a bath, watching TV and eating are in descending order which are 70%, 45%, 35%, 20% and 10 % respectively.

After children go to school, they show less interest in entertaining activities like watching TV only 15%. Also, they have higher awareness of protecting their teeth. Only less than 10% kids eat some food as their bedtime routine, while 50% of them have the habit of brushing their teeth.
