The presented chart describes the clothing exports from three different countries starting from the year 1999 to 2003. Each line represents each country and is associated with the number of exports in millions of dollars. Overall, Myanmar has the most fluctuative data than the other country which is more stable.
In 1999, Japan has the highest number of clothing exports with approximately 550 million of dollars. Columbia, exported lower than Japan for around 450 million of dollars. A year later, Japan’s export gradually decreased meanwhile Columbia’s clothing supply moderately increased until it surpassed Japan in the year 2000. At starting point, Myanmar has the lowest export with near 0 million of dollars clothes before it dramatically risen in 2001 and reached 800 million dollars, almost twice as many as other countries.
Clothes exported from Myanmar continuously increased and reached its peak by 2001, with total supplies over 900 million of dollars. Nonetheless, in 2002, the number dropped and became the lowest export compared to the other country although it gradually increased in 2002. Japan, shows a slight uplift until 2001 before it slowly declined until 2003. Similar with Japan, Columbia also shows a slight increase until 2002 and then slowly dropped until 2003.
