Overall, while the interest was higher for film club and table tennis, the reverse was true for amateur dramatics. Moreover, the film club stood out among other activities, consistently posting higher figures each year, despite a decline in the middle of the period.

Focusing on the increases first, the number of people who joined the movie club started at 65 in 2000. And they saw a mild flactuation while the period. After a noticeable rise to 37 at the beginning of the year, participants in martial arts dropped to 30 in 2015. After following that, despite increasing considerably from 27 to 33 in the single year, participants of amateur dramatics significantly declined to 8 in 2020.

In contrast, participants who attempted table tennis and musical performances exhibited different changes. The proportion of people who participated in table tennis was 17 in 2000, after which it saw a noticeable rise to 55 at the end of the year. There wasn’t any interest in music in Melbourne among the people at first, but people joined more and more to music clubs over the years, in 2020 figure saw a higher result with 20 new participants.
