Firstly, the most important learnings observed in the participants is practical knowledge which was conveyed by 15% of all students followed by the skill to confidently communicate with the other colleagues which contributed around 14% of the total aspects. Industrial knowledge and understanding is grasped by 10% after which the true work experience, managing the working period, work operations, planning the future and career path was attained by 7% each.
Now coming to the least knowledge gained by the overall students comprised of the workspace and the ability to work in a team is 4% and 3% respectively. Other than that, 26% candidates have given miscellaneous features as their response.
Overall, practical knowledge and other skills were learned by the most of the participants, while teamwork and experience in work environment was least important outcome.
