Overall, it is evident that all lines had a pattern of decline until the middle of the period.After that, all lines remained stable , they then showed a steadily growth but with different intensity.By the end, group aged 16-24 London had a rapid rise, while other groups remained unchanged or dropped slightly.
At the beginning, aged 16-24 London stood at approximately 23 percent in 1993.It then fell sharply, as a result reaching the bottom of around 16 pecent in 1998. After a light fluctuation, starting from 2002 to 2013 experienced a rapid surge , with an increase of around 10 percent.
Unlike London, Rest of England showed a longer period of demand.It decreased from roughly 17 percent to 12 percent, between 1993 and 2001.After being stable for a short period, it then same as London had sharp rise, but only until 2007, with an incrase of 8 percent .After that, it had a minor growth from 2007 to 2010, ended the period with almost 20 percent.
Overall London and Overall rest of England had a similar tendency but with different force and starting point. They both demonstarted a fast fall for 7-8 years.After that, they both hold out unchanged for 2-3 years.Overall London percentage had fluctuations and ended the period with 10 percent in 2013, while Overll rest of England had a significant growth, as a result ended the period with almost 10 percent.
